24-HOUR DOORMAN
There is a Doorman on the premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event you need assistance.

MAID SERVICE
Agua Azul has daily maid service provided between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm.  If you have a specific preference on time for maid service, please ask the office in advance and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

SAFE
Agua Azul is equipped with a safe to store your valuables. 

SECURITY
The building has security cameras on each floor, in the lobby, pool area, and basement. 

NO SMOKING POLICY
Agua Azul has a no smoking policy inside the unit and El Cantil prohibits smoking in any public place, including the hallways, stairways, and elevators.  Smoking is permitted on the terraces, with the sliding glass doors closed to the unit.  A $250.00 fee will be charged upon departure if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
